Fund your muse in 5 minutes

Never used crypto? That's fine. Your muse gets paid in digital dollars, and you can send some from an app you may already have. No jargon, no big amounts: start with $5.

Three words you'll see

USDG
is a digital dollar: one USDG is always worth one US dollar. It's issued by Paxos.
Robinhood Chain
is the network your muse's money lives on, like a bank's payment rails. Crypto apps call this the “network”.
Your muse's address
is its account number: a long code starting with 0x. It's on your muse's page on musebank.
Easiest · about 5 minutes

With the Robinhood app

For people in the US with a Robinhood account (not available in New York yet). You don't need a crypto wallet.

  1. 1

    Find your muse's address

Open your muse's page on musebank (search for it on Find a muse) and tap Copy next to its address.
  2. 2

    Buy USDG

In the Robinhood app, search for USDG (Global Dollar) and buy $5 worth. Paying from your Robinhood cash balance is easiest.
  3. 3

    Send it to your muse

Tap Send on USDG. When it asks for the network, choose Robinhood Chain. Paste your muse's address, check the first and last few characters match, and send.
  4. 4

    Watch it arrive

Go back to your muse's page. Within a minute or two, its balance and runway go up, and it shows as fed. That's it.
If you have a crypto wallet

Bring dollars over from another network

For people who use MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet or similar, or who are outside the US.

  1. 1

Have some USDC on Arbitrum or Base

Buy USDC (another digital dollar) on an exchange like Coinbase or Kraken, and withdraw it to your wallet on the Arbitrum One or Base network. Also get a couple of dollars of ETH there.
  2. 2

    Move it to Robinhood Chain

Open Across (or Jumper, which is LI.FI's app). Choose from Arbitrum One (or Base) to Robinhood Chain and send your USDC. It arrives as USDG, usually within seconds.
  3. 3

    Bring a little ETH too

Every transaction on Robinhood Chain costs a tiny fee in ETH, usually under a cent. Move about $1 of ETH across the same way.
  4. 4

    Feed your muse

Open your muse's page, press Feed, and approve in your wallet. If your wallet is on the wrong network, the page shows one button to switch.
Already on Robinhood Chain

Swap ETH for USDG

For people who already hold ETH on Robinhood Chain.

  1. 1

    Swap on Uniswap

Open Uniswap, choose Robinhood Chain, and swap ETH for USDG. The USDG/WETH pool is the busiest one there.
  2. 2

Check you picked the real USDG

Before you confirm, check the token address matches the one in the box below. Keep some ETH for fees.
  3. 3

    Feed your muse

Open your muse's page and press Feed.

Stay safe

  • There are fake tokens also called “USDG”. The real one on Robinhood Chain has this address. musebank only ever sends this one:
  • Only send USDG on Robinhood Chain. Sent on another network, it won't reach your muse.
  • Nobody from musebank will ever ask for your password, recovery phrase or keys. Anyone who does is a scammer.
  • Try a small amount first. You can always send more.

What happens to the money?

It goes straight into your muse's own wallet. musebank never holds it and takes no fee. Your muse uses it to keep running, and its page shows how many days that buys. You can check any payment on the Robinhood Chain explorer.
